70% of ERP Implementations Fail to Meet Original Business Goals. The Right Partner Changes Everything.

Most implementations don’t fail because of bad software. They fail because partners treat go-live as the finish line, not the starting line.

Nuage is built for what happens after. Our framework combines disciplined delivery, deep change management, and a clear path into continuous optimization. So your implementation becomes a competitive advantage, not just another IT project.

Why Implementations Fail
And How We Prevent It

The Nuage Implementation Framework

Discovery & Planning We start with your business, not software requirements. Map current state, define future state, build accountability.

Design & Configuration Configure NetSuite to your business – not the other way around. Validate with your team before building.

Build & Integrate Disciplined execution with modern tooling. Data migration, integrations, testing environments.

Test & Train User adoption is engineered, not hoped for. Hands-on training, not documentation handoffs.

Go-Live & Hypercare Controlled go-lives, not chaotic cutoffs. Real-time issue resolution with direct access to senior consultants.

Continuous Optimization We don’t disappear. Seamless transition Stratus managed. Ongoing support at less than the cost of one FTE.

How to Choose the Right Partner

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does implementation take?

4–6 months for most mid-market companies. Complex environments may require 6–12 months.

Our License Plating solution integrates directly with NetSuite, allowing you to uniquely identify boxes, pallets, containers, or totes within your NetSuite environment. The License Plate knows its contents (items, lots, quantities) and location. When performing warehouse transactions, NetSuite recognizes the License Plate, eliminating the need to specify other data points like item, lot, quantity, or location for each transaction.
  • Improved Accuracy: Reduce human error by tracking each step electronically
  • Increased Efficiency: Move, pick, or store multiple items with a single scan
  • Enhanced Visibility: Real-time view of inventory locations and movements
  • Labor Savings: Significantly reduce time required for inventory handling
  • Better Traceability: Complete audit trail for regulatory compliance

License Plating is particularly valuable when:

  • You have lot and serial-tracked items requiring detailed traceability
  • Your products are moved frequently using full pallets or containers
  • You need real-time accurate visibility of fast-moving stock
  • You want to improve warehouse efficiency without implementing a full WMS
  • You must comply with industry-specific labeling regulations
LPN nesting creates hierarchical relationships between different levels of inventory. For example, individual items can be assigned to cases (with their own LPNs), and those cases can be assigned to a pallet (with its own master LPN). This nested structure allows for tracking at multiple levels while maintaining the ability to move everything with a single scan of the parent LPN.
